   About

I'm a versatile artist with a lifelong passion for music and photography. My journey began at the age of 8 when I received a harmonica and a camera for Christmas, both costing a mere USD 0.11 each. Despite never having formal training, I discovered my musical talent by creating melodies on the harmonica. This sparked a love for various instruments, including the flute, guitar, organ, and a local instrument called ravanne.

Growing up amidst the vibrant atmosphere of the Port Louis theater, where my father worked as a concierge, I was exposed to a world of diverse artists. The theater, dating back to 1820, left an indelible mark on my artistic soul, shaping my future as a musician and photographer.

Over the years, I've continued to blend my artistic pursuits with a fulfilling career as a social worker, dedicating more than 25 years to helping children, the needy, and the disabled. Following my father's passing, I transitioned into data entry and worked in a call center for the renowned French magazine "Le Figaro" until my retirement.

Now, in my proud role as the Volunteer and Player Support Team Supervisor at Avazoo, I find joy in giving back to the community and supporting a cause I believe in. While my artistic endeavors have become less frequent, the passion for creating music and capturing moments through my lens remains an integral part of who I am.
