A&Z #1017 - professional eater Randy Santel versus the Massive "Twin Dragon" Japanese Hibachi and Chinese Food Challenge at Twin Dragon Hibachi Express in Jefferson City, Tennessee. After finishing up with moving the rest of my stuff up to our new house in Milwaukee, Wisconsin I took a week off to get settled in. Then, @Katina Eats Kilos and I flew to Knoxville, Tennessee to kick off a week-long food challenge trip around eastern Tennessee, Virginia, and New Jersey. I wanted to attempt a few restaurant eating challenges before starting my 9-month dietetic internship in Milwaukee. We each attempted 7 different food challenges during the trip. For food challenge #2, Katina and I headed over to Jefferson City, Tennessee so we each could help kick off and become the first 2 people to attempt the 6+lb Massive "Twin Dragon" Japanese Hibachi and Chinese Food Challenge at Twin Dragon Hibachi Express. Katina went first and then I had 1 hour to finish an over 6lb platter filled with all the most popular Japanese and Chinese food dishes that the restaurant offers on their giant menu. As for Chinese food, there is lots of General Tso's Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Lo Mein Noodles, fried rice, 2 fried egg rolls, and 6 fried cheese wontons with "Yum Yum" sauce. As for Japanese food, there are lots of healthy hibachi vegetables including broccoli, mushrooms, and onions. Then there is lots of juicy hibachi style chicken, beef, and shrimp. I was trying to become the 2nd person to win my $40 Asian food meal free plus a sweet hat and spot on the "Twin Dragon" Wall of Fame!! BIG thanks to everyone with Twin Dragon Hibachi Express in Jefferson City, Tennessee for the delicious food and hospitality!! Thanks also to the amazing people who came up that August evening to watch and meet us!! I appreciate everyone in Jefferson City, TN and all around Tennessee who watches videos & supports our efforts!! There are many more videos upcoming!!

Twin Dragon's Japanese Hibachi and Chinese Food Challenge in Jefferson City, Tennessee ($40):

- Twin Dragon Hibachi Express serves up delicious Chinese food and Japanese hibachi style dishes to the Jefferson City, Tennessee area. They offer a massive and delicious menu!!
- This "Twin Dragon" Challenge combines their most popular Japanese and Chinese food dishes.
